Subscriptions
Faceo Pro is billed through Apple. Manage or cancel anytime from your Apple ID subscription settings — deleting the app doesn't cancel a subscription.
Common questions
Is the score accurate?
It's a consistent AI read across symmetry, jawline, skin, hair, and harmony — great for tracking your own progress over time. It's a cosmetic guide, not an objective rating of a human being.
What happens to my photos?
They're analyzed privately and never sold. You're anonymous by default — no name or account required to scan. You can delete your photos and scans anytime from Privacy & Data in the app.
Is this medical advice?
No. Faceo is cosmetic and educational only. For anything health- or skin-related, see a licensed professional.
How much does it cost?
Scanning is free. Pro unlocks everything for $6.99/week or $59.99/year.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID — cancel in two taps, no emails, no friction. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
What's the future-self render?
An AI before/after of where your plan can take you — a realistic target to aim at, generated from your scan. It's illustrative, not a guarantee of any result.
How do I delete my account or data?
Delete your photos, scans, and habit history anytime in Privacy & Data, or delete your entire account in Settings. You can also email [email protected] to request deletion.
Which devices are supported?
Faceo is an iOS app, designed for iPhone. It will be available on the App Store at launch.
